Allison Brandt earned her law degree from Chapman University School of Law (J.D. 2005) and is a graduate of Charleston Southern University (B.S., Economics, 1997). At Chapman University, Ms. Brandt participated in the Ninth Circuit Appellate Law Clinic and Consitutional Jurisprudence Clinic. On behalf of the Claremont Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, she authored an amicus curiae brief for Barnes-Wallace v. Boy Scouts of America, 275 F.Supp.2d 1259 (Cal. 2003), filed with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on December 16, 2003.

Prior to her current Associate position at Cianfrone & DeFurio, Ms. Brandt was an Associate at Kass, Shuler, Solomon, Spector, Foyle & Singer, P.A., where she practiced default mortgage servicing. Ms. Brandt is also a former Trial Court Staff Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Seminole County.

Ms. Brandt is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Hillsborough County Republican Party Executive Committee, Federalist Society, and Phi Delta Phi.

She currently focuses her practice on association law.
